After years of deliberation, the Stonebriar Village HOA entrusted PEAK Roofing & Construction with the critical task of replacing the roof and gutters on the community’s only entry point. Given the high traffic volume, the challenge was to complete the project without disrupting residents’ daily routines.

Through careful planning and problem-solving, we developed a strategy to work over two weekends, shutting down one side of the entrance at a time. This approach ensured a smooth traffic flow while allowing our team to complete the project safely and efficiently.

We removed the old concrete tile and installed a durable, stone-coated roofing system, enhancing both longevity and aesthetics. The project was completed on schedule, and the community praised the seamless execution. This success reinforced PEAK’s ability to deliver high-quality results while minimizing disruptions in active environments.
