A healthy roof consists of many parts. With the Owens Corning roofing and Asphalt, Platinum Protection Limited warranty, every Owens corning component–including installation–of your total Protection Roofing System is covered by an extended warranty. This includes a Limited Lifetime warranty on workmanship coverage of your single-family home for as long as you own the home.
PEACE OF MIND
Materials: The Platinum Protection Limited Warranty for single-family homes has up to a 50-year “non-prorated” period for material defects and a 20-year “non-prorated” period for all other structures. During this period, coverage includes the labor to repair or replace your shingles, including tear-off and disposal. Additionally, every Owens Corning® roofing component installed as part of the system, except VentSure® off-ridge exhaust vents, receives the same extended coverage as the shingles.
Workmanship: In addition, you will receive a Lifetime of workmanship protection for your single-family home or 15-20 years workmanship protection for all other structures. This means if your roof is found to have an application error, that causes leaks or materially affects the performance of your roof, Owens Coning Roofing will arrange to have it repaired with labor, materials, tear-off, and disposal costs at no additional cost to you.
