New Name: New Services

Jeff and I are like kids at Christmas. When we made the final decision to change our name to Peak Roofing & Construction and move forward with our new look and expanded services, we were almost giddy. Although we’ve been doing gutters, windows, fences and painting for a while, it was primarily just by customer request. Now we’ve made it official and it feels great. We look forward to working with our former, and new, customers in many new ways.

Gutters

Homes need gutters for different reasons. Some need them because of the steep pitch of their roof, others because of the geography of their lot, and a few simply because they’re tired of having their shrubs pummeled by heavy rain run-off.
Many people get gutters at the same time they get a new roof installed. For those people and businesses, it makes sense to have one company do both. That way the project is managed by one party which is especially helpful if insurance is involved. Others choose to do gutters after-the-fact and simply like having a familiar face like one our team members handle it for them.

Windows

Especially after a storm, window replacement is critical. Severely damaged windows need to be patched and then replaced as quickly as possible to keep the property secure and to not waste air conditioning or heating. Even slightly damaged windows with banged up frames or cracked frames should be repaired. In most cases, insurance will cover the cost so it’s important to make sure it’s pointed out during the initial inspection. Peak Roofing & Construction has the team and products available to address this quickly and professionally.

Fences

Unfortunately, city life is here to stay…and so are fences. When the heavy winds come, or time takes it toll and a new fence is needed, you want someone who has the expertise to do the job quickly and professionally. The fact we have been around for 10 years, and don’t plan on going anywhere is a big selling point for most people. For our fence projects, we start by providing an honest, fair estimate for the job and aren’t done until every board is in place and every gate latches correctly.

Painting

Sometimes, you just need a little fresh paint. Maybe it’s because a big hail storm left those pretty pock marks all over the side of your home or commercial business. Other times, you just want a new color to give a fresh look to your property. Regardless of the reason, we’re here to help make your dream come true. Our team uses quality paints and is happy to provide any color in the rainbow.
