Happy New Year from Peak Roofing and Construction!

Welcome to 2019. We want to thank our customers and suppliers that supported us throughout 2018. Last year was filled with exciting changes for us. We made the “official” big leap of formally expanding our service offerings which brought on a whole slew of changes. For those that are interested, I thought I would provide a quick recap. My approach is when you choose a company to work on your home or business, it’s important to know a little bit about their background. It’s one reason we try to be transparent in how we do business. Unfortunately, there are way too many roofing and construction companies in the area with things to hide. That’s not us.

New Name

As requests grew to help customers with things other than roofing in DFW, we began expanding and hiring people who were skilled in specific areas and held our same expectations for quality. As a result, we decided to update our name to reflect what we actually do for our customers. So we changed our name but kept the “Peak” in tact since we have built a strong reputation especially in the Frisco, Plano, Lewisville and Dallas areas. The result was moving from Peak Roofing Systems to Peak Roofing & Construction. Okay, I realize this might not sound like a huge change but it was for us, both strategically and tactically.

New Look

We needed a new, updated look to go with our name. We engaged with a local agency that helped make it all come together. Then came the fun part…new everything! From the website to sales contracts and brochures to shirts, hats, sun shades, and even our custom felt underlay, it was all new. We love our new look and hope you do to. Of all the updates we made, Joey’s favorite was picking out the new, awesome blue shirts. For me, it was the new design on our company trucks that topped my list!

Expanded Services

Our gutter and exterior services (including exterior painting, siding, and windows) are continuing to grow which I love because it’s been my experience that if you do a great job on the first project, people trust you to do more projects. This is especially true for our gutter installation services. In fact, it’s grown so much we were able to invest in our own gutter truck. Workmanship Guarantee

One of the things we’ve always done is guaranteeing our workmanship. Many companies we see and hear about (projects gone bad) stem from companies passing on the manufacturer’s warranty but not guaranteeing their workmanship. In some cases, this ends up really ugly because the manufacturer says the damage was caused by poor installation and the installer says it was caused by the product…and the customer is left hanging. At Peak Roofing & Construction, we guarantee the workmanship on all the projects we do including fencing and window replacement. If something happens, our customers don’t have to worry about who picks up the cost of the repair because it’s going to be taken care of regardless. It’s simply the right thing to do.

Looking Forward to 2019

We made a lot of investments in 2018 we believe will help us better serve customers going forward. In the year ahead, we hope to have the opportunity to serve many new families and business through Dallas and Fort Worth.
