Along the edges of your flat roof, you may see a smooth covering of flashing that protects the roofing membrane edges from moisture. Overtime flashing can become damaged or lose, allowing the roofing cover to get exposed and allows moisture and water to begin to seep in and cause leaking. Clogged Drains
On your flat roof, you have a drainage system that prevents your roof from turning into an unintentional rooftop swimming pool.
