4 of Peak’s New Year’s Goals You Can Do Too
Happy New Year! A new calendar hangs in our office and most of the Christmas decorations are back in the attic. And, although we’re not big on resolutions, we are definitely goal setters. This year, Jeff and I created personal and company goals. Some focus on family but this year we also want to be intentional about the time we spend giving back to others and getting to know more neighbors in our community. Hopefully, you’ll consider joining us in making similar goals.
- Meet more people in the community
Getting to know neighbors is one of my favorite things to do when I get to step away from the office. There are so many great opportunities to meet new people with similar interests that also support the community. Two of my favorites are the Frisco Chamber of Commerce. Another favorite is the Collin County Association of Realtors. - Invest in Collin County kids
If you follow our blog, you know Peak Roofing & Construction has a heart for kids in Collin County. As a company, we plan to increase our involvement with the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County. We already started by joining the Guardian Angel Society and we are excited about becoming more involved. - Volunteer our skills
As a roofing and construction company, our team holds certain skills that come in especially handy for a few organizations, especially Habitat for Humanity of Collin County. Our team enjoyed helping with a few homes last year and plans to keep it up by installing even more roofs for well-deserving Habitat families. - Have fun where we live and work
Last year Peak Roofing & Construction enjoyed its inaugural experience participating in a really neat food truck and music festival called Frisco StrEATS. Not only were we a sponsor but our team served “beverages” to attendees. It was a great time. So much fun we signed up for 2020.

She is involved in all aspects of the business decision making as well as her office responsibilities and overseeing much of the marketing efforts. Although she lets Jeff climb the roofs, Joey has a thorough understanding of roofing, gutters, windows, fences and exterior painting. When not in the office you will find her focused on her favorite career, raising their precious son.
